Love the taste,easy to make, however if you only use the same amount of water as per instructions needs to be doubled. I made per instructions and no way could you pour or make a dosa. Adjusted water a few times and about double works

Really good non preservative and no chemicals quick option. Love it and have ordered again because not found anything similar that is cheaper. It is a bit expensive

So, we didn’t know what dosa is until we have got this and tried it out and we are converted into dosa people now 😊I can’t compare with other dosas, but this was yummy. It contains 3 bag of dosa.Everything is in the resealable bags already, you only need to add water and yoghurt. But I didn’t have plain yoghurt at home so I’ve just used milk and some water to make it more pourable.It recommends using half a bag and adding half a cup of yoghurt and another half a cup of water. I’ve used the whole bag to make a larger portion and added a cup of milk and quarter of a cup of water to make slightly more runny.I’ve added a tiny portion coconut butter in the crepe pan and some of the mix to make a crepe style dosa. I’ve made them quite thin, as a crepe and I’ve got 6 large (wrap size) dosa from it.It contains all natural ingredients: Oat, Ragi, Urad Dal, Red Rice, Semolina, Beetroot, and a mix of spices ( Fenugreek, Curry leaves, Cumin and salt). The beetroot we wasn’t able to taste it, but from the colour it was very obvious. The main taste was the cumin, overpowered everything.It was yummy, we have used some as a wrap, wrapping chickes mayo in it with salads. And the rest we have just ate with cheese and chutney as it was recommended.Quite unusual taste. We really liked it, but only buy if you like cumin! The pricetag is good as well I would say.

Delicious and authentic flavour and consistency. BUT Needed to use 2 packets for a family of 5.

This is an interesting mix - like a savoury pancake mix, but with plenty of flavour. It's packaged as kids’ or toddler food, and for families accustomed to spice it is very mild- but it certainly doesn’t have to only be a baby food.For an unadventurous UK family it does taste a bit curry-like, and goes wonderfully with cheese and mango chutney. My youngest didn't like it, but the rest of us did- and the youngest was happier with it once we’d slapped some extra yoghurt on top. The dominant taste is indeed spinach, so if you already know which members of your family like spinach, you’ll have a pretty good idea who’ll like this.It’s easy to make (we’ve been using milk not yoghurt in the cooking of it) and cooks a little longer than a pancake. It’s tasty, fairly filling and has a clearly healthy ingredients list- just salt for a preservative.This is rather nice for a convenient change and to try something different. It’s a shame about the non-recyclable packaging, but it's just the norm for this type of packet unfortunately. One pack made about 7-8 pancakes for us.
