Simple Key Fob and Programmer with Interchangeable 4-Button Keypads, Key Replacement Kit for Car Remote Start and Keyless Entry

Ordered for 2012 Ram pick up. Programming was simple and the remote works as well as the original. This is a very straightforward DIY for replacing a key fob. We also bought a separate key fob and the programming widget worked fine on the single fob. Highly recommend!

Took a bit to figure out but worked perfect once I followed the steps exactly. new key fob works great, and feel like a factory key.

It worked perfect and the instructions for programming were easy to follow. Much more affordable than going through the dealership or a locksmith. It’s also a good savings compared to buying from the local auto parts store as well.

AWFUL, came and followed all directions as directed. Watched YouTube videos on the same install, everytime would give the error code per the FAQs in the manual means it’s locked to another vehicle. Would not even entertain how to get a correct one to replace this.

Made extra keys a breeze, nice instructions and just works.

Easy to install IF you pay attention to details and follow the steps in the noted order. I was able to program the included fob without any issues in 3+ minutes. A big help was watching the manufacturer's video. It's very good.My original fob would only start my car and the Panic button. The Lock, Unlock and Trunk buttons did not work. But with my newly programmed fob all buttons worked perfectly!IMPORTANT NOTE:The 8-key duplication "limitation" is NOT due to this product, at least in my case. The limitation lies with the vehicle's On Board Diagnostic computer (the OBD II connection). So, if the OBD determines that there have been a total of 8 fobs previously stored in its memory THE PROGRAMMING OF ANY NEW FOBs WILL FAIL!The only recourse is to go to an automotive locksmith and have them delete the previous (non-working/lost?) fobs. Now the programming of new fobs will work! In theory, IF you follow this step, you can reuse this product as many times as you like.DIRE WARNINGDo NOT have the locksmith delete ALL the fobs! ONLY the ones you no longer have/need. If you delete all fobs your vehicle will NEVER start again. Or at a minimum it will cost you a lot to have it start again. If that's even possible.

Works as advertised. Instructions need to be a bit more clear. I noticed a step was missing. On reviewing the YouTube video, was able to program easily.
