WAY more comfortable than other brands. Output better too.
I LOVE the insert. It's so easy to use since it fits right into the 31. It makes storage and traveling easier. When I found the right size, I got more milk.

They don't fit right to my flanges. Would like a refund....

Photo misleading, no silicone inserts with flanges.
Dissapointed that they don't come with the silicone inserts like the photo shows. Flanges themselves are fine but need the inserts.

Poor suction due to the insert letting air escape

Technically works but too large.
I would say this technically works but where I thought I needed to go larger, I found I have to go smaller. So unfortunately these flanges didnt last long for me.
