I'm just using mine for a few simple trading programs. It said in description Windows 10 pro but they upgraded to 11 for free.for the price it's amazing.looks and runs like new!

Good looking, better than reviews indicated.
If I could give USA computer 10 stars I would. I had a problem with this computer and the USA computer customer rep found a solution that they didn't really have to. I highly recommend this company. They went beyond what I have come to expect. Very pleased with them. This is a good laptop. Color and brightness are much better than reviews led me to believe. The keyboard is ok for a laptop. The problem I had was unrelated to the quality of the computer.

Dell Laptop
These Laptops work great. I have purchased 4 of them and they look like new. I have been very pleased so far.

Junk hard drive failed less than 5 months of light use.
Bought to use as a diagnostic laptop for a garage and was only out a few times and hard drive failed. Return window closed after 90 days. Never again.

Ease of use made her job work at home!
With the COVID-19 problem it became necessary for our daughter to work from home for the local hospital. We purchased the new laptop to make that possible and it saved the issues.
