Can I use this on already cooked rice? If so, how much spice to use per 100g of cooked rice?

Hello, This is normally cooked together with the rice. Takes like 1 tablespoon for a cup of rice. Recipes differ I would recommend google/youtube East Africa Pilau Recipe, there lots of them. Thank you, Swahili Market
