Since middle age decided to take hold of my body, my neck pain and shoulder has been rough. I’ve tried different things; tennis balls, massagers, door jams (gets knots under the shoulder blades), and while they are some help, they weren’t much help. This set was a gift from my wife. I doubt I would have ever bought it for myself just seeing it. But wow! I don’t write reviews. Don’t have the time, nor much to add. However, these help me more than anything I’ve had at home, or anywhere else outside of professionals getting paid for being professionals. I love these. The little one that looks like a diamond is my favorite. It finds individual muscles in my neck like an angel sent from heaven to help me. The ball and other one that looks like a dumbbell are in my top three along with the diamond shaped one. They are firm without being hard and… if you need something for pain I cannot recommend this set more.

There are too many variations to choose from when you don’t know what you need. I love that this came with options, different sizes, and feels. This was absolutely the best money I have ever spent. I was in a car accident. I have cervical, thoracic, SI joint, hip problems. I tore my labrum in my shoulder. I have tendinitis and arthritis in my thumb and hand. I found ways to alleviate most pain areas with each different size and texture. The only one I was not fond of was the trigger point ball. I preferred the smaller rubber trigger point object I would like to get another set to have a double of each size to lay on the yoga mat with.

As advertised. Excellent quality.

I used this to work out tight muscles after several herniated disc and 4 surgeries. These changed my life. From being disabled to being able to do things again. I just lay on my bed and put one under me where it hurts on my muscles ( not my spine!!). Then move to a new spot after a couple of minutes. They broke up all the adhesions and frozen muscles so the muscles can work properly again. My pain went from a 7 every day to a 3 only when I try to sit on the ground. It’s not a quick fix. You can tell a difference after a month or two.

No instruction or guide included or online. The links given on Amazon do not work. Also, the balls get easily dented from the spike ball when it’s in the bag if there’s pressure when it’s packed for travel. Used the balls on a gravelly surface over a blanket and several of them had small dents so not very durable. Loved the color and the fact that they were mostly lightweight, tho.

These Massage Ball Set works better than expected. I use spiky one and the large ball everyday.
