Okay so if you're like me and you really like the Ling-Ling potstickers from the grocery stores but end up using all the sauce and are still left with a bunch of potstickers but no sauce and have looked everywhere to find that darn sauce but you can't, THIS is the answer. So I bought the big bag of those potstickers by mistake and there were only 3 baggies of sauce. I looked everywhere to see if that sauce was sold anywhere else, or if there was a way to replicate it, but noone really had an answer, and then I saw these sauces and oh my goodness, I am SOOOO happy. These sauces are so delicious! The Hot is just a little spicy without being overbearing, it's a nice little sting, it's really nice I loved it. The regular is just perfection dumpling sauce in a bottle. Trust me on this, you will not regret buying these. I think that for 2 of these bottles, how delicious they are, and how much you need to use (which is not a lot because they are so savory), this is going to last a bit, I think it is well worth the price they are asking for. If you don't want the Hot they sell the regular kind by itself or if you JUST Want the hot they sell that independently as well. I love them both so I will probably continue getting them together. I highly recommend these, they are absolutely delicious! Review: Way better than most that I've tried, but still needs a couple of "tweaks". - Wonderful flavor, but to really improve it add a dash of Dark Soy sauce, ditto: Shaoxing wine, and several drops of "simple syrup" to it to bring it to its full potential. It's a really good tasting sauce....just needs a couple of additions (noted above) .

It’s better than plain soy sauce
It was okay. Better than many of the Chinese food places in my town - which actually taste like plain soy sauce. I’m still on a mission to find the perfect dipping sauce-which would include scallions and probably brown sugar.

Best Dumpling sauce
This is my favorite sauce for dumplings. My daughter-in-law is from China and she makes the best pork potstickers I have ever eaten. I ordered this sauce from Amazon for the party we had during the Lunar New Year and everybody was just raving about how good this dipping sauce was, the spicy in particular is wonderful. The Price is good and the taste is wonderful. You won’t be sorry purchasing this.

So tasty
Perfect for frozen dumplings, pot stickers...etc. The spicy really isn't spicy at all, but both sauces are extremely flavorful and comparable to what you'd get with chinese food delivery.
