I've been taking this supplement through this brand for the past three months, so far so good. I take it in combination with other supplements so I'm not sure how much of a role it plays in my overall wellness but I feel great so I'll continue to use this for now.

Using this for ringing in the ears. Seems to somewhat work. I will start increasing the dose.
