If you need a set of cups to use one single time for people you don't really care about experiencing quality then, by george, you found the perfect set at slightly higher than average price.I rarely write bad reviews, and I'm not seeking a refund or return, I chose to purchase the product. I do however want to clearly state these are not for daily use, not for "restaurant" or "bar" use. They made it one use in my home, and failed before it even made it to the sink for a wash.The glass is unevenly poured, especially at the rim of the cup which causes it to also have a "lip", but because of the uneven nature some parts are stronger than others which gives an unsettling feeling to the user.I feel as though the glass cups themselves are mediocre at best in regards to price. The color is hand painted on the bottom of the glass, it's microns thin, scratches off on a glass surface or using a standard scotch dish sponge. My slightly hotter than standard home water heater caused this paint to flake off, and a test wash in the dishwasher also removed the entirety of the paint.Change the title of these glasses from heavy duty to "treat like fine china" and then you will have accurately described your product.

The glasses are heavy and great quality.Ill start with the downside. The colored part the blue is painted on with some type of material that can be removed without aggressive effort. As long as your more delicate when washing the bottom or use a disaster you will be ok.I honestly still want to give them 5 stars due to the price and heavy feel of the glass. But the colored part isn't glass and is just apinted on and can come off.The good stuffGlasses feel high quality. They are hearvey and dense glass. They don't feel delicate and feel like they will hold up to evryday use.The color of the bottom really looks nice as long as your not staring at the bottom of the glass.The price point is fair. And if your not trying to use all the glass you will have spares of a glass gets damaged.Basically 5 stars except for the blue colored part it feels cheap.If your worried about damaging the colored part or it peeling do not buy these glasses. Of your looking for a deal or only need a few glasses get these of the color comes off just replace them with another glass.Lastly if the color is an issue just buy the clear. And these galsses don't feel thin. So if you r looking for a delicate feeling glass dont but these

They describe these as sturdy and restaurant quality but the blue paint washed off the first time that I washed them. Now I’m just going to have to soak the remaining blue paint off so I can use them as clear classes.

Do not recommend. Received these as a gift so I wouldn't have seen in the product description that they are handwash only. They come in a plain box with no label or paperwork to tell you this. I opened the gift and immediately put them in the dishwasher, which washed off the blue paint and left blue paint chips all over my other new white dishes. They are ok plain glasses but would've been better off ordering plain ones and saving the work of trying to get the blue off of everything.

Ugh. The paint is on the outside. They stink. They're fine for pint glasses but the color is a waste if you have a family.

I ordered these for cocktails on Thanksgiving 2020 and as a take home personalized for Family and Friends. I washed them before dinner and they came out of the dishwasher with nothing on them. Even the color you see in the description was gone. I reached out to this vendor prior to posting Feedback with no response.

I very disappointed first of all the personalized item I had was not put in the color that they said they would put it in and it looks like it's a sticker not an engraving

I wanted these to give as gifts. I had to get out a magic eraser and scrub, for hours it seemed, because the glass came all clouded. I didn’t think it was quality enough to set out as display for gifts….waited til everyone was too inebriated to notice.
