I wanted smart lighting throughout my house, but didn't want to mess around with smart bulbs which limit your choice of lighting and stop working when somebody turns the switch off. Instead, I fitted these in each lighting circuit to turn "dumb" lights into "smart" lights. The units are very compact, but difficult to squeeze inside most back boxes. In most cases, I fitted them into the hollow wall adjacent to the switch. On one circuit, I fitted it into the ceiling near to the light fitting. They are not difficult to wire up if you have experience with electrics. The terminals are small, but sufficient. These work best with permanent live and neutral supplies. If you don't have neutral to the switch, I believe you can wire the Sx terminal to the neutral terminal. In my case, I wired them up as: - L: Permanent live - N: Neutral - S1: Switch (L1) - Sx: Switch (Com) - Output: Switched live I combined these units with momentary switches, which allow me to turn the lights on/off by pressing and releasing, or dim/brighten by holding for a few seconds. Most importantly, these connect to Smartthings hub, which allows me to control the lights on the app, Alexa, IFTTT and most other services. Connecting these to Smartthings took a few seconds by pressing the switch three times in quick succession. I have created automated routines to turn lights on at sunset and off at 10pm, as well as linking lights together so my Hue lightstrips also turn on at the lightswitch. All of these routines have worked flawlessly. These aren't cheap, but they're worth the money to be able to have smart lighting throughout.

Nutze den Dimmer 2 mit dimmbaren LED Spots (Amazon basic led spots funktionieren leider nicht (flackern), super funktionieren folgende: Philips warm glow (2200-2700 Kelvin) und wer es etwas "kühler" mag: TAMAYKIM 6W (5000K). Bei mir ist er in Verbindung mit einem Raspberry + Iobroker in Verwendung, sowie Tastern von Busch Jäger. Prinzipiell funktioniert er mit fast allen Schaltern/Tastern/Lampen/Leds/Spots... etc. Einbindung über Z-wave geht ruck zuck und nach der Autokalibrierung kann es los gehen! Im Anhang ein screenshot der zu konfigurierenden Parameter (soft start, dimm step, etc.) auch die aktuellen Watt werden angezeigt, in wie Weit die Werte der Wahrheit entsprechen kann ich jedoch nicht beurteilen. Habe mir extra 60mm Unterputzdosen montiert, damit ich ja schön Platz hab. Alles in allem ein super Produkt! UPDATE 28.01.2020: Habe mittlerweile im Haus 9 Stück verbaut seit 4 Monatrn, in jedem Raum sozusagen. Alleine im Wohnbereich 3 Kreise von 10 - 20 Stück der vorhin erwähnten Phillips warm glow GU10 Spots. Alles funktioniert bestens, wie es soll. Kein flackern, kein Geräusch nichts. Ich kann die Dimmer nur weiter empfehlen. UPDATE 03.10.2022 Funktioniert immer noch alles ausgezeichnet, kein Ausfall, keine Einschränkung... perfekt 👍💪

Rien à redire sur le fonctionnement, grande compatibilité du module , fonctionne avec ou sans neutre , l’auto-calibrage très pratique avec des leds. Beaucoup de paramètres disponibles (c’est vraiment le plus des modules fibaro, qui leur donne une grande polyvalence). La taille permet de les glisser dans un boîtier standard (les miens sont peu profonds - années 70- je mets des poussoirs extra plats Shelly devant. Reste le prix un peu élevé. Mais j’en ai depuis plusieurs années qui fonctionne sans faille donc c’est un investissement sur la durée. Intégration sans soucis avec home assistant.
