Dave’s wife: I have bought and returned a dozen petticoats over the years and even the ones I’ve kept never really fit well.I have a short torso and it requires several rolls on the waist band, which adds bulk to my waistline and just doesn’t look nice in my opinion.This one, however, is a great fit. It has a nice silhouette, too.I wouldn’t say this is fluffy, but it does have a distinct a line shape without the bulk of all the ruffles.So far this is looking like it will be my favorite petticoat. I wish they sold it in black!

definitely looks as it’s advertised! still waiting for the dress i’m planning to use it with to come in; poofy, moveable, and secure. it has a metal ring, but it’s not super noticeable.not sure how it’d fit plus-size users. the elastic is stretchy, but not enough so to be loose. 5’4” ~118 female, it’s secure on me!the lace trim is a bit hard to see, sadly, but if you want it covered anyway, no loss!

This petticoat has 2 descending plastic hoops for flare. The hoops are removable. I love how this petticoat adds much needed volume to my costume <3

First picture is with hoop skirt the second is with out it. The hoops do show through on dresses that are made from thin fabric.

Nicely made petticoat. Good quality and very full. I ordered this for my daughter's Halloween costume to go under the skirt portion of the dress and it made her skirt fill out nicely. Only downfall is since it is full and short, you could see up the skirt if she slightly bent over. Recommend some yoga or booty shorts to go under it.

The media could not be loaded. It was inside-out in the video lol, other than that it's poofy, frilly, and cute! Fit well but looked a bit different, not a problem though!

I really REALLY misunderstood the description. When I read it I thought this would fit me and be a decent casual petti. This underskirt can barely support itself- much less a dress over it. I will probably salvage the lace off of it and use it for something not a petti. If you are looking to buy this for lolita fashion- pass on it. If you are looking to get your child (I'd say an under 9?) a dress up toy or a petti to use for an event then this is probably a good budget/last minute option. I'd say in general- you are better off making your own petti than using this one no matter who/what. However! The lace is middle grade, the boning inside seems like it's a smart design done with the wrong material. It's just poorly executed.I got a good giggle from the skirt and I'll find a use for it. I just won't be using it as part of an outfit.
