I bought these hoping they would be sticky enough on their own to stay put in my sandals. They are--but I think it's partly because I have Skechers slid-in sandals that have a ridge around the footbed that prevents the lift from slipping sideways, and the slide-in structure and support around my ankle also means the sandals don't flop on my foot like a flip flop or Birkenstock type of sandal would. I normally buy lifts made of more solid material so I can glue them onto a sandal, but these are soft and squishy and comfortable. They provide the support I need, fit great inside my sandal, at a price I'm happy to pay. I have walked around for several hours at a time on them and they stick great and don't budge. I do not think they'd work as well in another style sandal without glueing them down though.

Absolutely comfortable! They work well under pressure and stay put.

Works well and the top grip makes sure the insole doesn't slide around. I wish it were possible to buy more of those top pieces because I don't need all 4 in every shoe to lengthen my leg. It's made a difference in the pain I'd been dealing with for years in my hip.

My hip is locked in place from an injury and arthritis which caused me to walk with a limp. When I figured out the limp was because one leg was about 3/4” shorter than the other I bought this lift. I stopped limping and my pain was significantly reduced. I love that you can add or take away sections to fit it to your needs. It is soft and creates a comfortable walk.

Purchased for my.mom after hip surgery left 1 leg 1/4inch shorter. These were perfect, easy to use and comfortable for her when walking or at PT.

I ordered these for a pair of shoes that I couldn't wear but these didn't do the job. They're good and I kept them to maybe use in different shoes.

These lifts were perfect and easy to adjust the height I needed. Ordering 2nd set as backup.

Never having needed lifts, this is somewhat tough to review. I broke my ankle, was put into a walking boot that is approx. 1" high. Of course, this made me uneven walking and I began to experience hip pain as a result. After reviewing many other lifts, I decided on this product. Here is my take on them: Stacking them allowed me to adjust the height I needed so that I could walk straight for short periods of time. Not an All Day" solution. Occasionally, the top layer would slide towards the toe making them uneven and uncomfortable. The product itself is made of a hard material and when you are putting the majority of your weight on one leg (the uninjured one) the lift began to make my heel ache. This would happen when I was standing or walking for a period of time. Again, I think it's a good product for its' intended purpose, but it does not come without any other issues.
