I bought the Easyfone Udaan for my elderly parent, and it has been quite helpful for their daily use. The phone is simple to navigate, and the large buttons are a big plus. Those who are checking out comments to decide if this is a good product, BEWARE! THE SELLER IS AN OUTRIGHT CHEATER!!! I ordered this phone 2months back for my grandfather for his birthday. The phone was not charging even after multiple tries and I had to request for a replacement. The very next day, the delivery agent said he can't pick up this phone as IMEI number is not matching. I had to call support to get the phone picked up, and every time the agent came (poor guy came 10 times in a span of 1month) he said the same, IMEI number not matching. After countless number of times calling amazon support, they finally said they will disable the verification and the phone will be picked up. After 1 month they picked up the phone, I checked again with Amazon support when the money will refund as I had no hopes with this product anymore for a replacement. They said in 15 working days you will get it. Today, when I called again, after 2 weeks since the phone was picked up, they said, Seller has rejected refund as I have given back a defective product. I mean, c'mon, he sold a defective piece and doesn't want to give back money for what he sold! Shameful . And Amazon mentioned they can't help anymore. THIS SELLER HAS TO BE BLACKLISTED! REMOVED FROM AMAZON. I lost the money I so badly wanted to gift my 89 year old grandfather. It's so unfair that after trying multiple times, I still couldn't successfully get my money back. I don't want anyone else falling into this trap and make cheaters like this seller rich. It's because of people like him that I loose confidence in buying anything on Amazon. AMAZON being such a tech giant needs to take responsibility to ensure these cheaters are not to be entertained. Hope y'all don't make the same mistake I did and buy anything from this seller.

Easy to use, no hassels. One of the best features is that it comes with a charging dock so no fear of the seniors putting the micro charger the wrong way in the mobile. Numbers are big and readable for seniors. SOS function is useful if properly set and explained to them. No nonsense, only calls type of phone.

I bought this phone last year for my father, mainly because it seemed suitable for elderly use. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last six months before it stopped working. The biggest disappointment was the service experience — the company refused to honor the warranty and asked me to pay 410 rupees for courier charges just to check if they could repair it.... It’s a 2,000-rupeee phone, and it didn't make sense to pay just to chk whether it is repairable or not.. ... I even offered to drop and pick up the phone myself since their office is near my home, but they denied that request too... Honestly, this phone is not worth the trouble. Poor quality, poor service, and zero accountability. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
