I have Graves disease with the Thyroid Eye Disease; my doctor told me I have to use this exact thing, and my eyes are so much more comfortable now! She said everyone should be using these if they suffer with dry eyes or crusty build-up, and NOT to use just your fingers and water, and I trust her I.X.

They work great. I use them every morning to clear the cobwebs from my eyes.

I've tried several brands of eyelid cleanser pads as well as other types of cleansers. This is my favorite product. These wipes fully and gently remove all eye make-up. I am prone to chalazions and these help prevent them.Others may be more expensive yet they do not work as well!

I use these for travel, when I don't take my big bottle of cleanser. They're plenty moist and you can make them lather. Wipes are big enough that you can cut the package in half before opening for a fresh wipe for each eye

Probably won't repurchase. These work to take my eye make-up off but sometimes make my eyes water. Not a huge deal. My eye dr told me to get them because I was having an eye watering issue. I haven't seen any difference which is why I probably wont repurchase.

These pads work great for dry eye syndrome/inflamation in eyes. The ophthalmologist recommended washing eye lids daily to help with eye tear flow. I've tried a few different eye lid wipes. These wipes are much softer, don't sting or dry out my eyelids. I will be purchasing these again.

It was, really, the reviews of Systane Lid Wipes, plus the fact that I have used Systane eye drops, on and off, with great success, over a period of about a decade that convinced me to try these. They work, for me, wonderfully. Every now and then, I get dryness in the outside corner of one of my eyes. It seems to more commonly affect my right eye but can happen in either eye. The Systane Lid Wipes dissolve the crustiness that develops in the corners of my eyes and also relieves the itchiness that seems to come with the dryness. The Lid Wipes are easygoing and gentle on the skin around my eyes and, usually, have relieved the dryness in the corners of my eyes for several days or a week or more, between applications. From my experience, Systane Lid Wipes live up to the positive reviews that they have earned in these Amazon product reviews.
