The material is good quality. The zippers felt sturdy. I like the design of the bag. It looks exactly like on photos. It was a perfect gift. The bag came well protected, but it would be great to have the protection made from recyclable material.

Not well packaged
It’s nice but dosent come packaged well like it would if you buy directly from Aldo store. Other than that, it’s okay without the full packaging, it looks like fake to me.

Disappointed
Handle just broke off from one side. I loved it when it arrived but on the fourth use, the handle just came off. There is no way to fix it. I only used it for a few hours so extremely disappointed

I received this bag without any tags, which makes it appear as though it was previously used. Additionally, the gold ornament shown in the product images is missing, and I can clearly see several marks on the bag. This is not what I expected from a new purchase, and I am very disappointed with the quality and overall experience.
