Perfect, secure fit, and pretty well priced!
These attach to my $30 no name cycle shoes and clip into my generic SPD pedals on my NordicTrack s22i. They are very secure, as I returned a pair of shoes that came with cleats that just wouldn't stay in, I was worried it was the pedals but alas, these are the real deal.If you're going SPD, just get the real deal, they aren't exactly overly expensive compared to knockoffs.

These are knock offs I believe. The do not work well with my pedals. They are loose and sloppy. Made me think something was wrong with my pedals. Used my old cleats and they were locked in... Just buy the real deal.
