Vital Plan Brain Boost Supplement by Dr. Bill Rawls – Brain Boosting Capsules w/Lion’s Mane, Cat’s Claw, Bacopa, Sensoril Ashwagandha & Ginkgo Biloba

Vital Plan makes great supplements. All of their products are well researched, tested and they have high quality standards. Their customer service is also excellent if you ever have any issues or questions. I’ve taken their Restore Kit supplements for 3+ years and have noticed improvement with many of my symptoms. I’m adding the Brain Boost to hopefully help clear the brain fog I experience as a symptom of Lyme Disease. Love Dr. Rawls!

Asking for review within a short time (10 days) received Jan 19 and today is Jan 29 of me receiving the capsules means I can only give you the info that I know right now, and so far, they haven't proven to have any effect just yet, but I was already taking Ginko caps before I received these. I guess, time will tell as I finish the bottle.

I love Brain Boost by Vital Plan. It is my favorite supplement; it helps with my focus and mental alertness during the most stressful times at work. It also improves my creativity. I could not do without it. I like to take it together with HPA Balance.

I'm taking Brain Boost in addition to another supplement. Neither seems to be working yet!! I've been taking them for about two months.

As with most supplements it take a little while to see full effects. After 1 week I've noticed I'm remembering more,better clarity and Im able to have clearer recollection of daily events.

This product caused a noticeable constant, underlying irritableness. I experienced no positive effects, only the nagging irritation. It lasted only while taking the product. I took just one pill - not the four pills per day the instructions tell you to take. I can't imagine having four times the amount of irritability. There should be an option to return/refund, especially as I purchased it less than three weeks ago. Definitely do not recommend "trying" it, as you can't return it if it causes issues.

It really works. I am 67 and am starting to show signs of forgetfulness. Taking these has helped immediately and immensely. Only drawback is the number one must take daily.
