D-Link 5 Megapixel Outdoor Bullet Network Camera (DCS-7517)

Received four of these cameras. Picture quality is fantastic and auto-focus works like a charm. No real complaints, but I was surprised at the overall size. Much bigger than I was expecting: about 10-inches long, 8-inches tall with arm, and 3-inches in diameter.FYI: the camera body style has changed a bit. The picture on Amazon is of the DCS-7517 (A) but the current model is DCS-7517B. I thought I had accidently received the DCS-7513, because instead of the mount coming out of the back of the camera, it is now an arm that mounts underneath exactly like the DCS-7513. Not a big deal, but if you are planning on a specific mounting position, beware of this change.

Teuer. Software schlechter als bei den älteren Geräten.Sogenanntes "Profi"-Gerät.Was ist daran professionell wenn die Kamera für 500-600 € nicht mal auf ein anonymes SAMBA Share auf einem Linux Server schreiben kann ? Windows geht natürlich (Server 2016) und mit den "alten" Kameras (7010L) geht es natürlich auch! Nur *diese* PROFI Kamera VERSAGT an dieser Stelle. Die Fehlermeldungen im Logfile sind ein Witz. Ich habe es mir gespart bei D-Link ein Ticket aufzumachen.Ich habe es einfach satt, dass neue Geräte immerzu schlechter werden und sich die Software heutzutage ZURÜCKENTWICKELT. Kamera geht zurück. Ich verschwende meine Zeit nicht mehr mit so einem Unsinn.
