Worked great
Bolt kept getting loose and falling out, but this product made it stay put and I do not need to think about it anymore.

Wow! Super helpful. Whoever invented this was having a good day.
I am putting together a solid pine dresser flatpack. I am a short old mom with diminishing hand strength and an overload of determination. I don't have any helpers and only modest tools and a crap drill. Some of the pieces had predrilled holes and I could handle those pretty easily with a screwdriver until my hand started to get sore. Also, the ones that are angle-set I could only drive the screw maybe halfway before the screwdriver would slip and I was worried the head would strip. Plus my hand was very sore on those and starting to form a blister. I was too far into the project to scrap it and it's too expensive to hire someone so I had to figure this out. I watched a YouTube that showed this tank weld and another video that greased their screws or the pilot hole. I did both of those hacks....WAY better and more successful! Certain angles are still a little tough but still sooo much better. I applied the tank weld right upfront if the angle was bad. Didn't wait to almost strip the head. It works better if you use just enough and not flood the indention. I took one star away because the tube is small and plastic and the liquid shoots out if you aren't careful. I don't think theres much product in ther either. It's kind of a thin gel (?) with metal bits suspended in it. It doesn't exactly dry or get hard. I just used my finger to wipe it up and prep a few screw heads. Someone stronger or with a proper drill/driver wouldn't need to use this product except in those nearly stripped situations. I don't know how it would do on a fully stripped head. I could see it not being effective in some situations. The key is to pay attention and use this before it gets that bad. I will definitely keep some of this on hand. And greasing the screws is brilliant! I didn't have machine grease so I used a little WD40 i had on hand. The screws went in like butter. My sore hand is appreciative. Highly recommend including these as part of a toolbox gift for new homeowners and novice weekend warriors.

Worked great on stripped allen head screw
Worked great to remove a corroded and almost completely stripped allen head set screw on the kitchen sink handle. The options were getting slim and down to drilling it out or calling a plumber. Figured trying the Tank Bond couldn't hurt and at ~$4.50 was way cheaper than calling a plumber. Took three applications of small drops, but could feel the 'grit' in the gel grabbing and it immediately increased the "grip" of the allen wrench and enabled the gradual removal of the stripped screw. Remember to clean it off after you use it, especially to keep the grit out of screw threads. Maybe not for all applications, and don't wait until the screw head is totally stripped, but it definitely worked in this case. Would buy it again. Not sure how much product is actually in the tube (a lot of air), but you don't need much for a small job.

Mostly air
Absolutely waste of money. The tube is filled with air, nothing comes out of it. I have to squeeze the tube to all the way to the nozzle for a tiny drop to come out.

Great product!
This is amazing stuff! Could not have gotten that stripped screw off my front door lock and lever without it. It took some education. First, use the appropriate screw head. I was a using a pointy one. Used my regular Philips head and it came off with no problem (except a little torque). Wear rubber gloves to get the maximum hold on your screwdriver too. Will definitely buy again. There is enough in this small magical tube to do multiple projects.

Works Well
I purchased this to remove stripped screws from my MacBook Pro so I could replace the screen. This worked well to remove 4 of the screws. However, two screws would not come out. Overall, it works well. There is a lot of air in the tube, so there isn't much product in it.

Definitely Works
Literally used it 2 hours ago 30 feet in the air, working on a plane had 2 stripped out screws and thought I was gonna have to drill them out but gave this a try and they both came out with ease.

Unbelievable small tube & far too expensive! RIP off

Product was used for removing screws from a window lock. Before I used the product it was evident that without it the screw heads were starting to be stripped as the screw driver was unable to get a good grip on the screw. On using the product the screws turned effortlessly and the product could be easily wiped off afterwards. Saved me a lot of time and hassle. Would definitely recommend!
