Tastes Great!
I love Wilton Clear Vanilla flavoring; I've used it for many years now. It tastes great in icing and allows for vibrant icing colors to shine through! I wish it was more accessible in local stores like it used to be, but glad Im able to still find it online =)It was very fast shipping and I'll be coming back to buy more from this seller in the future.

Great product
I always use this to make buttercream icing. I ran out and used another clear brand from a local store. The other brand literally ruined the whole batch of icing it had a bitter taste. I threw it away. I made new with regular vanilla which darkens the icing. I will make sure I always have Wilton in the cupboard it is best on the market.

Use for flavoring frostings
I like this product to flavor my frostings. It does not add any yellowing.

Update your listing photo!
Great product so no complaints there but you should update your listing photo to what you actually sell/ship. The photo on your listing shows the old labeling so I almost didn’t buy thinking I’d be getting an old product. However, What I received was with the new label/packaging.Different than listing picture. Again, nothing wrong other than your listing photo may discourage others from purchasing for fear of older product.

Wow - No Odd Aftertaste
I bake all of the time. I bake everything. And I use real butter and real eggs and unbleached flour, etc.And I never, ever use fake vanilla.Until I had to make really white, vanilla royal icing. Usually, I opt for a touch of almond extract (it is clear), or I use pure vanilla extract and add color accordingly (being careful to determine the end result before adding it to the icing in the bowl!)With a heavy heart I ordered this imitation version, expecting the icing to carry that awful something flavor at the end of the bite. When I've tasted other bakers' icing, it sometimes lingers with a medicinal or plastic aftertaste - yuck.Well, I was shocked! Either my taste buds have changed, or the chemists at Wilton have improved fake flavorings over the years.Crystal clear, and with a nice flavor all the way through.Seriously.Almost like marshmallow, oddly enough. But very pleasant.I now have a gigantic bottle of the stuff, and although I will always use real vanilla extract in my baked goods, frostings, even my scrambled eggs (it adds lovely flavor notes to the eggs), when I make royal icing again, I will use this concoction with confidence.

Great flavor for imitation vanilla
I use natural vanilla for most of my baking. But sometimes I need clear vanilla when natural vanilla make the mixture tinted or brown. I like the flavor of Wilton clean imitation vanilla. It smells strong just like the natural when added to mixture, and the flavor bakes off some. So sometimes I use just a little more than natural vanilla in order to achieve the same potency in baking. Other than that, sometimes I almost can not tell which vanilla I use to bake, Imitation or Natural. The Wilton Clear imitation vanilla I used to get come with a foil seal on the bottle for freshness. I recommend removing this foil before using. One time I was in a hurry. Instead of removing the foil, I made the mistake of punching through the foil and left it in place. A few weeks later, the bottle of clear vanilla turned a slight brown tint. I guess the ingredients in the imitation vanilla had a chemical reaction with the foil. The flavor was not affected, it was just no longer clear. Just FYI.
