This thing sucks
Like a vacuum cleaner should. Easy to use. Powerful suction. Powerful brush is strong enough to propel the vacuum forward. Love how the want/handle comes apart in different sections for multiple lengths for your attachments. Easy enough to clean out and works much better than my old stick vac.

DO NOT BUY
After having two Dysons and four Sharp Navigators -- except for our first Dyson in 2004, which lasted 6 years, 1 Dyson and 4 Sharp Navigators all broke before their warranty periods were up. We bought this in May of 2023, love the vacuum, its suction, its maneuverability, its ease of use, only to have the bottom hose break in TWO PLACES, where it connects and bends to the rest of the vacuum and in the middle of the hose within the power head. The machine was made in CHINA with cheap plastic hoses. We have purchased a second hose to install (although someone without mechanical skills would break it taking it apart), and will do that. THAT IS ALL THE MANUFACTURER WOULD DO, SEND US A REPLACEMENT HOSE, MADE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST HOSE THAT BROKE. Vacuums SHOULD NOT BREAK 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I can't wait until NOTHING IS MADE IN CHINA. Chinese products are poorly made and not up to health and safety standards of the US.SO when the cheap plastic piece that holds the hose in place (the one with the handle) broke off and we cannot vacuum AT ALL because the hose comes loose without that piece.UPDATE 4-25-24 WE have been in contact to replace the hose piece and since THERE ARE NONE IN STOCK, THEY SAID THEY WOULD replace the whole vacuum. I submitted the required documents including a photo of the cut cord on April 18,2024. NO RESPONSE. After a week I called and they said I need to send the photo again. I did. Then on April 25, 2024, they need me to resend the documents AGAIN. I have sent EVERYTHING FOUR TIMES. At this point, I am READY TO CONTACT FTC and CPPB as this company is just giving me the runaround in hopes of running out the warranty. I AM DISGUSTED WITH PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA. They are made with plastic that is cheap and disintegrates BEFORE 1 YEAR IS UP?IF YOU VACUUM EVERY SINGLE DAY LIKE WE DO. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM.

Best vacuum I’ve owned
Pros: durable, power is great, great suction on hard floors and even intricate area rugs such as thick rugs with divots in the rug patterns, easy to clean, and empty. Pets? No worries here. We have a couple of cats. One is a (long, thick fur) Maine Coon. This vacuum can handle it! I’ve used it at least every other day for a year and it’s just as good as the first time I turned it on!!!Cons: cord could be longer. But it’s not a deal breaker for me. I’m disabled so it’s a little heavy for me to try and lift it upstairs. It may not be heavy to someone else.

Great
Kinda shocked at this negative reviews on this since I've been using it for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Sure, the cord could be a bit longer and the latch to secure it is a bit loose, but overall I dare to say I've enjoyed vacuuming since purchasing it. It's easy to empty the filter and the brush roller disassembles nicely for cleaning. Being able to detach the handle and get into corners by clicking the button without bending over is game changer. And it looks pretty.

It really sucks... Hard.
I Love It. Can disconnect the body and walk around and use the attachments.

Unusably loud and squeals. There is a reason it is frequently returned.
It is extremely loud. Unusably loud. The vacuum is much louder than my old 25 year old kenmore vacuum and my 15 year old Dyson. The vacuum has a spring pressure relief valve on top of the canister assembly (I'll assume it is in case of some sort of occlusion in the hose or canister system) that is always in use. The pressure relief valve squeals constantly in use and only remains closed when you remove the filter in the canister (not ideal). I have tried brand new filters, old filters that have been cleaned and nothing stops the bypass valve from being used. The entire system has been checked for blockages and none exist. I used it for 3 weeks in a single family residence and put it away as not to remind me that I made an unwise purchase. After my disappointment and rage subsided I got it out this weekend cleaned it well, inspected it for blockages again and ran it around the living room., still the same problem. Taping the pressure relief closed works well to eliminate the squealing but will probably lead to overheating. Out the door it goes to the electronic recycling bin at the city recycle center. Such a waste of money and plastic. I thought about donating it but it's just not something that anyone should use. Honestly, I believe running this thing will damage you or your children's hearing. It is a lovely shade of mint green, hehe.
