Q: Can you use them as headrest cover?

No because only one part has the stretch needed to stay on a headrest

Q: Will this product fit a 9" wide arm rest? It says that it is perfect for 6.3", but I am hoping it could stretch enough to cover 9".

They are pretty stretchable. I think they could fit 9 inches.

Q: Can the adhesive Velcro be removed later, even after it’s been in for a long time, without damaging a leather chair it’s been attached to?

I don’t actually know, but I don’t see how it can keep from damaging leather. The slipcovers I got don’t have anything that sticks to the chair itself. Mine are lift chairs, so the covers don’t exactly fit like they should, but they were so confusing to put on, I just put them on however they would fit and left it at that. I just use them because my parrot likes to chew on the furniture & this gives it a protective layer.

Q: Why are the dimensions different per color? Doesn’t make sense.

I returned them as I needed something larger
