Here is why you pay for 'the good stuff’
On one hand, we have the Manfrotto stud and on the other, Chinese manufactured adapters etc. One Manfrotto stud, one, is the price of a whole bag of PRC adapters. Which should you get? Here let me re-frame it; who wants adapters that shear off when unscrewed because the metal is almost as soft as putty. Manfrotto. Hands down. Seriously. Curse Manfrotto all you want but when you are setting up for Hillary's second full-frontal, RAM BAM Slutfest, you want a good, hard, Italian stud. Just ask the guy wearing the 'I'm with Her' t-shirt. He'll tell you;

Worked to Perfection
Great product. Camera mount adapter needed the larger size thread instead of the 1/4-20 standard mount. This short stud works as needed, plus the camera mount sit flush with the top of the Manfrotto Super Clamp. Thanks for a great product.

34 grammi di robusto ottone massiccio, filettato maschio standard 1/4" e 3/8", esagoni da 16mm alti 4mm ciascuno, parte stretta alta 17mm con Ø 11mm al centro e 12mm vicino agli esagoni, altezza tra i piani sopra/sotto (escluse parti filettate) 25mm, totale 39mm. E' perfettamente compatibile con la sede per spigot del morsetto Manfrotto 035, nella quale non può girare grazie agli esagoni. Può essere usato per molteplici altre applicazioni come adattatore tenendo conto però degli esagoni.

The ladt component needed. I purchased a setup for taking overhead shots of art work that a client requested. This was the final piece to comment the shoe to the ball mount. Very well engineered, super stability.tis very light grips well and was goid value for money. I would not really describe it a versatile as it does one hid but does it very well.

Ich habe diesen Kamera Bolzen zu meiner Super Clamp gekauft, um das Ganze noch vielseitiger zu machen. Der Plan war, durch diesen Bolzen einen kleinen Neiger mit Blitzschuhhalterung anzubringen, um zusätzlich, zu allen anderen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten, die Klemme als kleines Mulitfunktions-Blitzstativ zu benutzen. Somit brauch ich nicht immer unbedingt noch ein Stativ, wenn draußen Fotos mit Blitzen mache, sondern kann - wenn vorhanden - alles benutzen an das ich die Klemme dranbekomme. Absolut super! Aber auch innen ist das Teil prima, z.B. für Ecken, wo kein Stativ mehr hinpasst; einfach den Blitz mit Klemme am Regal, Türgriff, Tisch oder zusätzlich auf anderer Höhe an einem vorhandenen (Blitz) Stativ verwendet. OK, aber es geht ja hier um den Bolzen an sich.:) Dieser ist super verarbeitet, die Gewinde sind akkurat und gerade gedreht & er hat keine scharfen Grate o. ä. Er passt, wie gesagt, perfekt in die Hexagonal-Kamerabolzen-Aufnahme der Super Clamp (ist ja auch dafür vorgedsehen), so dass nur noch die 1/4 zoll oder die 3/8 Zoll Schraube herausschaut. Fazit: Der Bolzen ist absolut klasse in jeder Hinsicht, und sobald ich noch eine Super Clamp habe, werde ich mir auch noch mindestens einen dieser Bolzen holen. Aber auch für andere Blitzneiger Klemmen etc. halte ich diesen Bolzen für äußerst nützlich. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

These can create a 1/4" or 3/8" connection from a Manfrotto super clamp. Very sturdy, doesn't move when connected, really good.
