Bag broke the first trip I took with it. There is an adjustable torso plastic strip in the back, this is what broke. It is literally the only thing that holds your shoulders where you want them. No straps. All the weight in your bag goes to this. Horrible design. Had to go 27 miles with a broken bag. Backpinesports has horrible customer service, they never responded to me after I had sent them an email about this.
