Perfect size for 1 cup of loose leaf tea
This product was purchased to make tea for kombucha. The bags are sturdy and easily tied. They are sized for up to approximately 1 cup (about 250mL) of loose leaf tea. Good quality. Good value.

Great tea bags for large batches
I like to make pitchers full of Thai iced tea, and it’s a bit of a pain to make if you don’t have the right equipment. These large tea bags makes making tea so much more easier. I normally would have to strain my tea two or even three times to make sure it’s clear, but with these tea bags, I need no straining at all. The tea leaves/herbs are contained, even the more finer powdery bits. Very helpful and makes making Thai tea more pleasant. Highly recommended.

Easy to Use and Tough - Brews Excellent "Sun Tea"
I checked a number of tea filter bags on Amazon before I settled on these. I needed a fairly large size bag as I brew a quart of "sun tea" (1:1 hibiscus ["karkaday"] and gunpowder green tea) about every other day, and I needed a large, durable bag with good permeability. This fits the bill nicely - it's easy to fill, the drawstring secures the loose tea and the strings can be secured to the container to prevent the bag from sinking. The bags have excellent permeability, as you can see the red from the hibiscus tea seeping out into the water almost as soon as you place the bag in. I usually let the tea seep for several hours, but I think you could have a full quart in an hour or so of the container being out in the sun. I usually squeeze the residue out into the container to get all the good flavonoids, etc. out of the tea - the bags are sufficiently robust and tough enough that I've never had one break or tear. These are good value for the money and they work quite well for my purposes. If you're brewing tea in quantity (a quart or more), these are ideal.

Roomy and durable
These are great for making my herbal tea! Not only are they nice and big, but the material is good and strong and doesn’t rip! There is a drawstring that you can tie the bag shut with. These make my tea brewing a breeze! You get lots of bags for a small price; when I finally finish these off, I will be reordering!

Your tea and herbs will not leak out of this bag, great for powders!
The media could not be loaded. The mesh on this bag is very tightly woven so that powdered herbs can be steeped for tea or tinctures. Perfect for loose tea and herbs and anything needed to be submerged in a liquid. It would be great for making lavender sachets as well, none of the plant matter would fall out in a drawer

Awesome product
I use Mumtaz tea to make pitchers of iced tea. I was using large tea balls but that was a pain and they always leaked tea granules.Finding these bags was life changing. It makes brewing iced tea so much easier. In addition, I like to pack a few of these already loaded with tea when I travel. I can make my own iced tea when traveling and spend so much less at Starbucks
