Has anyone actually lost weight using these?

I just hit month 4 of taking 2 to 3 of these everyday. I went from 272lb to currently 214.8lb in 4 months. So yes they do work. It can be hard to get going and keep it up. Right around the time people are about to see results they give up. Just keep pushing! you can do it! Don't quit, dont give up! Even if you are filling your face with doughnuts and pizza and ice cream and fried food as your reading this....its not too late....! I just try to limit my snacking and have basically anything I want for dinner just don't over eat. By the time its dinner time I have only consumed 500ish calories throughout the day so even if I have a decent sized dinner or a snack I can still loose weight. I am not doing keto. This is the first diet that I have been on thats not really a diet. I dont think I will ever change this routine now its just automatic what Im used too and what I prefer now

Why is amazon or atkins, keep changing the price???that's why i signed up for the subscription, and now they are increasing price again!

I agree, the last time I ordered it was 20.00 and some change, just went to order again and the same order is 31.00…. Nope, I’ll do without before I accept that increase. Going to jump over to Walmart and check the prices.

why does the expiration date being sent to customers have already expired. I received expiration date of Oct. 21.2021 and todays date Oct.29.2021.pac

The very same happened to me, expiration date was 02/01/22 and was delivered on 05/15/22. One of the cartons had leaked and it smelled absolutely disgusting.

When I started drinking these about 1.5 years ago I was following a weight loss program that emphasized high protein-low carbs. I found that a protein shake for breakfast kept me satisfied for 4-5 hours, and yes, I did lose weight. Other diet factors contributed as well. I now drink them for breakfast 4-5 mornings a week for maintenance as I still try to follow a high protein-low carb diet 5 days a week. (I splurge on the carbs on the weekends!) OH - even though I am not a coffee drinker I do love the MOCHA ones over the other flavors. They are delicious. No vitamin/protein powder taste at all. I also like (2nd choice)Premier Protein shakes (vanilla) which are high in protein (same calories/carbs/sugar) and can keep me going even longer.
