Overkill Maybe but works great.
So let's start by saying that I purchased this for home use. Why? Well I have a puppy that is more like a mud, dirt puppy. My house is tile and laminate. With the rain and a little digging I have not been able to keep up. Bring out the broom, roomba, tried 3 different swifter, waterjet version, dry and wet padded ones. Regular sponge mops. So the swifter were worthless and just pushed the dirt around and didn't get enough up. Switch out the pads at least twice and repeat weekly. Still the tile could be cleaner. The waterjet version was a little better but those handles break and are junk. Roomba assisted in picking up loose dirt but couldn't get it all. Standard foam mop did better but then you are replacing the heads every-time you mop and it still was pushing the dirt around. So how did I get here. Was shopping at our local Costco and noticed the price on the washable commercial mop heads. Cheap and re-usable. Product is great it rings the mop out great. Rolls around the house without spilling water. No need to lug it around. When your done just dump the water down the toilet. If you consider the cost of swifter pads, new mop heads, broken cheap retail mops. It was worth the investment. I plan buying some cheapie mop heads to clean outside area, garage. In a home environment this thing should last years. Really wrings out the mop, enough that it might be able to be used on the laminate floor. If you decide to try it on the laminate floor get the mop handle with the plastic head, so you don't scratch your floors. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005KD3XDS/ref=ya_aw_oh_pit.

Great Bucket
I have used this for cleaning my epoxy hangar, hardwood, concrete in unfinished basement, etc. The ringer is good and powerful, the unit is perfectly stable even when ringing. The build quality looks durable. The castoring, non marking wheels are quiet and work perfectly. It is trivial to remove and replace the ringer with one hand and I never have problems with sloshing or imbalance. Twist, squish, and repeat several times to extract nearly all water... way better than any other ringer I've used. I like the notch to hold the mop in place and also got the optional red bucket which attaches securely under the ringer and effectively makes this into two smaller buckets on one set of wheels. Using the second red bucket for capturing dirty water or as just a stand alone clean water bucket can help for super dirty jobs if you don't want to own two of these units :-) The carry handle and size are perfect for me, I have no problem moving this up and down stairs or picking it up to dump or maneuver. I am a normal sized male, but if you find it too heavy then put in less water. Frankly, I wouldn't want anything smaller as it would be a challenge to use with my normal rubbermaid mop, but just realize it will take some place to store it as it occupies the real estate of a shop vac, not just a small bucket.

Nothing compares to Rubbermaid quality
We tried a knock off version of this bucket that had a side wringer and it actually was broken on the first night of use! We got what we paid for on the cheaper version so decided to go for the real thing...Of course we never had any further issues. The experience I mentioned was over a month ago and this good ol' Rubbermaid is still doing our dirty work all day long. We use it constantly in our convenience store and have one other just like it that is at least 3 years old - and it's still working fine. Lesson learned!

Works like it should
I purchased this because I needed a quality mop bucket. It arrived on time. Price is kinda high though. Went to Sam’s club two days later and found same size mop bucket for half the price. You decide…I was planning on returning it but didn’t feel like dealing with it. So I kept it.

If you have some serious mopping to do . . . this is for YOU!
1st I borrowed a mop and bucket from a friend and knew before I started that this wasn't gonna do . . .2nd I went to a local hardware super store and purchased the best mop & bucket they had in stock; it was the only one they had; a Quickie Pro or something . . . The quickie pro mop was way to big to fit in the wringer, which was flimsy. I am happy it did not break and after a through cleaning I was able to return it for a refund . . .3rd I ordered this online and I am VERY happy with my purchase. The entire mop head fits in the down-press wringer and is easy to wring dry by using your weight to depress the handle. The large bucket holds plenty of soap or water for large jobs and the large castors allow effortless movement of the bucket. The WaveBrake system works well as long as you move the bucket forwards or backwards and not side to side. So, if you have a lot of hardwood, tile, basement and patio floors, this will serve you well!

Good Mob Bucket
Works as expected. Like the center positioned handle better than the side handle.

True commercial quality
Great commercial quality. The optional red insert bucket to catch dirty water is a must add. With it, no more cleaning with dirty water.
