I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It came with three spare wires and works perfectly on all cheeses tried so far. It is very easy to clean and is cool to the touch. It slices cheese accurately as it is marked like graph paper which is a nice touch and enables uniform slicing. It also has rubber feet which keeps it stationary at all times. An excellent cheese cutter at a reasonable price. Delivered within 24 hours of ordering. It doesn't get better than that.

Nicely made and constructed, however the wire was broken and it needed one of the spares to get it up and running. Not too much of a problem but nonetheless a problem and I can well imagine, from the comments already published beyond the skills of some. As it comes in a sturdy box it could only have been damaged before it was packed. Quality control?Still a good product made from excellent materials but doubtful handling.

Excellent item. Cuts cheese cleanly and to the thickness/thinness I want. I bought it because I can no longer put enough pressure on a knife to slice cheese. However I can use this.

Initially thought product would be great - stainless steel, dishwasher proof, spare wires, etc., but on FIRST USE the wire broke - just as well I had spares. Room temperature Brie, Camembert - fine, fridge temperature mild generic supermarket Cheddar - no chance.

I’m a gadget fan. I find this cutter ok for slicing even thicknesses of cheese. This model is not all that sturdy so be mindful to bring the handle down slowly and gently as you cut through. Using it like a guillotine will soon deplete your spare wires.

Great product, excellent for cut cheese without having to use a knife and will cut a large block, to the required slice needed

I thought I needed a cheese slicer but quite frankly a sharp knife works better. The item itself is well made of stainless steel but is not easy to clean and does not cut thin slices.

Easy to clean and useful having grid measurements to cut equal size portions. Good to have spare wires included.Needed it urgently as my previous one broke otherwise I would not have paid so much for it.
