Shame about Roya Mail!
Product is a genuine Dyson part and has just been delivered by Royal Mail, the vacuum is functioning and is now on charge. The service is called ‘Royal Mail 48’, I think the 48 is meant to fool their customers into thinking it means 48 hours. In my case it mean 8 days. Admittedly one of them was a public holiday but even so…I can’t fault the supplier, he did his bit properly!

Good as additional battery for average or large houses/apartments
Usually a single battery is not enough if you run a deep cleaning. Having 2 or more batteries lets finish the process much faster with no waiting for a single battery to get charged.

Battery is not a genuine OEM battery. Received a generic knockoff battery.
