This copier worked much better than expected, fast, accurate and no coasters. Construction to, is old school metal casing, sturdy and high quality feel and weight. Self contained on board program instructions, no computer or outside assistance needed. For the money, this is a marvelous machine.

I purchased this product in order to expand the exposure of my cities growning artists! What I like about it is just the obvious: simple, versital, and it's capacity!! Having 11 burning simultaneously is such a time saver!!! Thanks for offering such a great device at such a reasonable price!!

I'm a filmmaker I've decided to self-make DVDs of my movies. I bought this 5-disc burner and never even used it for about a year or so as I was getting together all of the tools I needed to create the DVDs (papers, ink, DVDs, etc.).The device barely worked at all. The 0 (source) drive was not functional and only one or two of the 5 disc slots would work. Somehow, the device designated the 1 drive as the source drive and the 2 drive was the only other drive that would work so I could only burn one drive at a time.I have everything together and now all I want to do is make DVDS and the insert curse word thing is not working.Now, I'm having to purchase another brand but I will not be buying another "Bestduplicator." The company should be ashamed of using that name.I swear to you, I've never used the device before now and it's malfunctioning.If I could give this project a negative score, I would.DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU CAN FIND A USED ONE AT A SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT. IT NEVER WORKED FOR ME AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.

I purchased the 5 unit copier. Compared to some other duplicators, it was very simple to use. I had a personal project where made 40 CDs with the unit. I used Verbatim printable CD's and I had no failures. The unit checked the drives before starting the process and took about 8 minutes to do a 60+ minute CD. The quality was very good. No problems other than when it is done it does not beep, so if I step away from the unit, I don't know it's done. It does , however automatically eject the discs when it completes a job. Something that I think can be changed in the menu. Overall this is good value for the money. I would by another one if need be.

I purchased this item(Bestduplicator Built-In BD Certified Burner) on Wednesday and i go it on Friday morning, the shipment was very fast. Tried it as soon as i got it, and it worked right out of the box. Put the main DVD(Dual Layer DVD with over 3 hours of footage about 8.4GB) and 5 Dual Layer Dvd's in the other 5 drives. after 30 minutes and a few seconds, they were done. Played the dvd's and the exact same image. I'm very happy with the purchase. Hope it works just as good as it is right now for a few years... I'l try to make review of this after I use it enough to know all the details to share with you guys. Hope this helps.

So fast....Push in the power button and it will quickly boot up and be ready to go. No default settings needed to be changed. Put the master disc in the top tray and blanks in the rest. Makes 5 copies of a 2 hour video in just over 5 minutes; shorter videos in less. Don't fill all the trays if you don't need all 5 copies. Copies are exact - same titles, index pictures, and are finalized. Unit dimensions are 7"W-13"D-15"H. We use TDK discs and have had no coasters or trouble. It's such a time saver wish we'd have gotten this a very long time ago. Was packed very securely and shipped free by FedEx - received in just a couple days. Love this Duplicator - don't hesitate.Update:Still working just like new in December 2014, but have found along the way that DVD-R discs work best to record on. Have had some DVD+R discs that did not finalize, but otherwise would still play. The master disc can be either type. Have used the printable discs lately with no problems - giving the Sharpie a rest.
