I've used Pliiobond 25 for more than a decade and this glue is like no others. I've used it for a wide range of materials and purposes, but mostly for repairing boots & shoes soles... But be sure to clean both surfaces very well and follow the instructions. I've also used to to reattach broken waterproof seal bucket gaskets into place to give them much longer useful life. I've also use it to reattach rubber feet of laptops on the bottom of them that popped/peeled off, and a let a coworker use it for the same for devices he manages... They stay on like new. This glue can be used for so many things that it's hard to describe it's usefulness. It's flexible, has a strong, permanent bond, and I can't recommend it enough.

First thing I noticed was the smell. This smelled of mold so bad I cannot even have the can in my house after opening it. It is now sitting in the garage. Second thing I noticed was it did not stick. I painted it on both sides of my items and waited the recommended 15 minutes for it to get tacky. It dried fast and did not bond together. It did not even try to bond. It's just peeling off each surface now. Third thing I noticed was it was several months expired. I'll find something else to use.

The original (acrylonitrile dissolved in formaldehyde) is still the best, but this works well enough, and conforms to present-day rules. Please allow it to set fully before applying the adhered materials.

The product did as advertised as far as binding the two materials together. Unknown on durability. Time will tell. It was easily applied.

I have been using this stuff for years, on aircraft trim and upholstery. Great for gluing leather trim for control cable exits, through the fabric covering.
