I sweat. A lot.I have sensitive nipples that are pointy.I'm a little chubby.Sometimes, I run distances.These add up to nipples that chafe and, possibly, bleed.I have tried many things... bandages, tape, ointments, balms... finally settled on compression shirts under my running shirt. But, that's hot!So, I tried these and NipStrips.I like this modestly better because they are cheaper; I like NipStrips modestly better because they are bigger and very slightly easier for me to use.BOTH work better than my compression shirts, and I waited way, way too long to try these. It is the difference between being timid to walk into the shower and not having any concern at all. No pain, no soreness, no chafing, limited hair-catching (did I mention I am ALSO super hairy?) !So, which one wins the five stars? NipEaze! But just because I could find them at a better price!

This actually works! I followed the instructions for wiping the area with half-water and half-alcohol. When it dried, I placed the sticky part pushing the nip inward and made sure the area is covered. I am attaching pictures of before and after.Pros:It does the job and stays on as many hours as needed.Cons:1. Sticky part is not cery strong, so if one doesn't use water-alcohol to wipe the area first, they will have less effect.2. The size needs to be bigger. I have relatively smaller Areola but I see many men with larger ones.4 stars because these could be larger. The one I bought is the 1 inch (the largest) but I feel that they should be bigger!

Awesome! Life changer! I am a dude that sweats a lot. For years I have battled with nip chafing and bleeding, and have not gotten much relief from Body Glide, Vaseline, Band-aids, or medical tape. I tried these out, and wow! The first time that I put them on was a little awkward because they are small and adhere right to your nips with no overlap. But they stick like a charm and are still firmly on after my 6-10 mile sweaty runs. Taking them off hurts for a second (just like peeling off a band-aid), but everything fine right after...and I have not experienced any problems with using them on consecutive days. I tried a pack of 15, and then instantly bought the pack of 62. These are must haves and well worth the cost (it comes out to only about 75 cents per pair).

I think the title says it all. I even shaved to make sure no hair caused them to fall off. Diameter is too small also. Maybe a bad batch? IDK. If you are purchasing after you've already experienced chafing, just be aware that these aren't bandaids. It is all adhesive. It sticks directly on the tip of the nipple. It hurts a sensitive nipple.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Protects nipple rub in sports. Stays on for hours in sweat. Removes easily in shower. Keep them in your sports bag.

I have been doing triathlons for years and there is nothing worse then ending a race with chaffed nipples. I used this product in training and it worked great. This past weekend I did an Ironman triathlon. I packed a pair of nip guards at each transition point and my personal needs bag. I never even needed them. The original pair I put on the morning of the race before the swim survived the swim, rubbing in a wetsuit, and the full bike and run. They were still fastened securely when I was showering after the race. I cannot say enough about this product.

I am a dude and I had my nipples pierced for 7 years. even though i removed them years ago, my nipples are/were normal guy nipples. I basically got pierced through my areolas. as a result, this makes it so I look like I'm cutting glass at all times. I tried these but the surface area doesn't allow me to press my nippies down so I'm not nipping through all my shirts. I'm sure they work perfectly for non-weirdos, but for my purpose they were ineffective.
