Mini Cinnamon Drops, Bulk Size, Baking Chips (1 lb. Resealable Zip Lock Stand Up Bag)

Purchased these mini cinnamon chips for a bagel recipe. Cinnamon chips are not that easy to find in my location so I was happy to find these these and give them a try. This is a nice size bag of chips but they are not cheap. I used about a quarter bag in my baking adventures. The bagels turned out pretty well and the chips added a nice flavor, reminiscent of a cinnamon crunch bagel from a well known chain. I still have plenty of chips and should make another batch of bagels - I just have to get in the mood!

Great little chips for baking be it breads or cookies, or a nice "treat" in your oatmeal. I've been baking for five decades and am so glad I found these and this company. They melt well and are well worth the price!

These need more cinnamon flavor...just my opinion. I'm going to try the peanut butter flavor next.

These cinnamon chips are wonderful! They taste so good. They were also shipped with several cold packs and arrived unmelted and perfect. I will definitely be buying them again!

When these arrived I noticed they did not look fresh. They aren't melted, but the middle is one big clump and didn't separate, and there is little melted crumb particles all over the inside of the bag. I tasted one and it didn't melt but got stuck in my teeth and stayed there, like a chunk of wax. They do taste like cinnamon, but the texture is so off putting it was like paraffin in my mouth. When I tried it again next day, I didn't chew it but let it melt in my mouth, it was grainy and not smooth/melty and left an oily, waxy coating in my mouth. So disgusting, I would never put this in food.The most maddening part is I paid $13 and Amazon states this item is not returnable.

We found a recipe online for some “Amish” buttermilk cookies. The recipe had a glaze to put on top, but we aren’t much for that. We made them and they were really good. I decided to add these cinnamon chips the next time, and OMG we are seriously addicted! We always have them on hand, and go through lots of these chips, they made all the difference!

Cinnamon chips are harder and harder to find now, so we were glad to find these on Amazon. The flavor and smell is good and they make wonderful cinnamon scones!
