Fantastic Little DI box for the price. It does the job and does it reliably. As it is passive, it won't boost a low signal, but for electric guitars and active acoustic guitars, this thing is a wonderful addition to the gig bag. The price is set so you can buy 2-3 of these for the price of a stronger brand name. In the end they do the same thing and the quality of this is comparable. If you need signal boost, go with an active DI, but otherwise, the Pyle Pro DI is a bargain for musicians on a budget needing reliable gear.

I recently got into recording and needed a DI box quickly for my guitar>interface setup. This product arrived quickly and works just as advertised! No hum coming through on my tracks and the sound quality is amazing. Highly recommended for the budding musician looking to start their recording journey! Super easy to use, connectivity is straight forward and I think it does have some sort of warranty. Nothing special about the look of the product, just a solid DI box design. It’s built like a brick, seems durable. I’d get another if needed!

Easy, and simply and it does what it should without too many bells and whistles to get in the way. Keep on in your gear bag at this price for any last minute instrument addition to a gig. You will be the hero! Many acoustic guitar players with a 1/4 inch jack don't know that they need this in their signal chain until you show them the difference. It just works for a great price.

PROS:- Built like a tank- Transforms the impedance- Incredibly cheapCONS:- For some reason the print messed up on the attenuation switch. Just flip it until you find what you need- Build quality is what it isI've got 4 of these on hand along with a handful of XLR to 1/4" adapters as well. With that being said, be aware that this is the primary function of this "DI" box; to transform the connection. Sorry for the air quotes, but I run into folks insisting that they must have a "DI" box when they play at our place. 90% of the time they simply need an impedance transformer for their send to the XLR input snake. The other 10% typically needs something I don't regularly provide, like a pre-amp beyond phantom power.Yes, it has handy 2 level attenuation option and ground lift which have their place. Other than that, it does what it does and does it well. The print on the box is rather inconsistent as if the screen kept shifting as it was being applied. The ground lift push/pull switches are mounted perfectly and others crooked, but they still work.Solid build that looks like my first electronic project kit build from Radio Shack when I was a kid, but the dang thing works, Takes a beating and keeps on going. Completely worth the affordable price point.

I am in a gigging metal band and we decided to give these a shot because they’re very affordable. These little DI boxes function way better than we were expecting. They definitely bunch way above their price bracket! The signal and sound quality coming out of these is perfect. (We use them for our backing tracks and kick drum trigger.) They are very easy to use and the signal chain is very clearly marked on the casings. They look very sharp, like much more expensive stage equipment as well. They are passive so there’s no batteries required too! In summary, I very much recommend these for any of your DI signal chain needs, whether it be live or in the studio!
