I have a Breville espresso machine and bought a bag of these beans to try out. What I enjoyed was the flavor. It had the right mixture of smoothness and acidity. The container kept it fresh. I loved the smell of the beans they had a great aroma. I would say overall the quality is solid. Buy a bag see if you like it, you can't go wrong here.

Great roast and blend for a pour over. Try smooth and no bitterness. I use a 15:1 water to coffee ratio with a chemex pour over. I pour right off the boil, Bloom for 30 seconds top off to 200ml of water let it settle a bit and then pour the remaining 100ml. Terrific flavors and wonderful aroma. Low acidity roast when brewed as above.

My only issue is that they use USPS for shipping. If you want really slow shipping and no way to know where your package actually is, use the slow and ineffective USPS. Otherwise, the coffee is delicious. It's clear they care about product (bean) quality.

I recently purchased a product labeled with a “Manufactured” date of October 25, 2024, assuming it was freshly roasted coffee beans. However, it turns out this wasn’t the roasting date, and the beans I received were already well past their optimal freshness window.Freshness is critical for good coffee, and this lack of clarity on the packaging feels misleading. The coffee tasted flat and lacked the vibrant flavors I expect from specialty beans. If the roasting date isn’t clearly labeled, it’s impossible for customers to make an informed decision.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for quality, fresh coffee. Brands should prioritize transparency to build trust with their customers.

The quality of onyx coffee is the best! They have some of the greatest roasts. And although it can be a little bit more on the pricier end for coffee, it is definitely worth it.The packaging itself is so aesthetic and is a whole experience receiving this!A great gift idea, especially for coffee lovers!!
