Soft Drink Cherry Soda Pop 6 pack cans 7.5oz

This is a North Carolina Regional “Native Son” of a soda pop! So delicious, (I’m talking to you Dr. Pepper lovers.) it is a Cherry Cola that is so good ice cold and is the best this ‘ole Texan has had since a Dr. Pepper in a glass bottle!

Flavor is great - brings back memories of my childhood. Packaging left a lot to be desired. The excessive delay in shipping was probably because of the way it was packed, three of the six cans were smashed and leaked. There was one air pak on the long side, and one on the short side, with the other two sides resting against the cardboard box. Guess which cans were smashed? Nice mess to clean up, as I think the postal worker was the final straw for the third can when he dropped it on the concrete near the front door. I'll order directly from the factory next time, as they properly package their product (and you get a better price...)

I could not find these anywhere local, they are pretty rare to get. I wanted to try these out because I heard that they used actual cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. But it seems I bought a little too late for these have high fructose corn syrup in it and they just tasted like regular soda and nothing special.

$2.50 per 7.5 oz can.

I feel jipped. The picture looks like a standard six pack of soda. I didn't read all the description. What I got were the mini cans at 6 cans for 25.00 ( product plus shipping and handling) that works out to about1.80 per ounce. A bit steep, by any standard. I haven't tasted the soda yet. It is liquid gold and I will save it for something special. Hopefully the taste will support the wait.

Two of the cans were completely busted and spilled soda everywhere, almost thrown around in the box they came in.
