Nice good quality ceramic; but the holes are too small
The plates would have been perfect if the plates' holes had been deeper. The ceramic is heavy and of good quality, and can handle high temperatures. The only problem for me is that I only use extra-large snails when making that dish, so these plates' holes are much too small to hold both butter mixture + snail. I had to return the plates. The company was very good and refunded my money without delay.
