I’d been using this as another supplement and only trust this brand.

This is a good product, but every order I have received is short a pill. The bottle says there are 60 capsules, but each bottle has had only 59. This messes up my use, in that I take another supplement of 60 pills, and I am short each time in matching up my dosage.

Vitamin E is great for skin, nails, and hair. This product works and l highly recommend it. If you have a cold sore and it is in remission take this product to speed up the healing process.

I bought these to avoid the synthetic dl-alpha tocopheral in most store-bought vitamins. There is some disagreement in the scientific studies as to whether the synthetic blocks uptake of the natural vitamin E in diet, but I have macular degeneration and am not taking the chance.

I have been using this supplement since last december as i heard of the great effects of taking an E supplement. in the last months, i’ve noticed i’ve bruised much easier. I learned from my doctor that gamma E is a natural blood thinner and had no idea! I had to stop taking it as already naturally i bruise easily, however now if i scratch myself it leaves a bruise. Do also beware if you already are taking blood thinners and make sure you check with a doctor first as it can cause excessive bleeding.

I have not bought this brand before, but really good quality. I will buy it again.
