Great choice
Small pills are easy to take with no stomach discomfort or weird smell. Being a gel capsule the do stick together but shaking the bottle remedies that.

Solgar Vitamin E 100 Servings
We really like this Vitamin E supplement. It’s a great antioxidant that helps protect our cells from damage caused by free radicals. Plus, Vitamin E supports healthy skin and immune function, which are both important to us. The 100-serving size makes it a good value, and the capsules are easy to take. We’ve noticed a positive difference in our overall wellness since adding this to our routine. Highly recommend Solgar Vitamin E for anyone looking to boost their antioxidant intake and support skin health.Stacey & Bobby ReviewsHonest insights from real life testers

Simple, Effective, and Just the Right Amount
I take Solgar Vitamin E 100 IU mainly for general health support. Since Vitamin E is fat-soluble and already present in many foods, I opt for just one soft gel at night instead of high doses. This amount feels safe and balanced, and I appreciate that it’s naturally sourced. The soft gels are easy to swallow, and I trust Solgar for quality. While some people take mega doses, I prefer moderation, as excess Vitamin E can accumulate and may not be beneficial. Overall, this is an effective choice for a gentle Vitamin E supplement.

No adverse side effects that I can tell.
Solgar is a good brand. Not the best but close enough especially for certain supplements. I warn people against taking high doses of Vitamin E. Many studies show issues such has increased mortality rates among people who supplement 400 IUs or more of Vitamin E.I take this pill with my lunch each day, five or six days per week, never seven. The average adult requires 30 (or 33) IUs per day (minimum). If you have a semi-healthy diet you are already getting the minimum requirement. Mega dosage of some vitamins and especially minerals can kill you slowly over time. Nerve damage and/or organ damage can occur as well.So don't feel the need to overdose on Vitamin E. You cause more harm than good when you do but many people simply follow the crowd vs following the science. 100 IU is more than enough for anyone. If you feel tempted take two of these a day together or seperaty (4 to 10 hours apart). 100 - 200 IUs per day did not show to cause premature death. 400 IUs or more did. One 100 IU Vitamin E taken EVERY OTHER DAY day is honestly all you really need to reap the benefits. I take one every day but I make sure I skip 1 or 2 days per week as well. I also take a multivitamin that contains 30 IUs of vitamin E which is another reason I am fine with skipping a day or two per week on this product. Some of the foods I eat also contain naturally occuring vitamin E. So ease consider all of your sources and add them up to get a feel of how much E you are consuming daily and/or weekly. Too much E is not the same as too much C. Your body can tolerate and expell too much C. Your body cannot keep up with too much E albeit it will take years of constant cumsumption of 400 IUs or more before it does the damage that kills you. Because it is such a slow process people don't realize it is happening. Of course most deaths (if not all) by natural causes are autopsied to check for damage caused by vitamin E. It will simply be ruled as death by natural causes.I am not trying to make anyone paranoid. You need Vitamin E in moderation. Short term gains are not worth the long term damage in my view. However we are free to make our own decisions. I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision. So save some money. Save some time. Possibly extend your life by NOT taking more than 200 IUs per day (max). Missing a day per week wouldn't hurt either.Don't just take my word. Search the web for "vitamin E dosage" or "Vitamin E side effects". Don't follow the crowd. Follow the science.
