This review is based on condition received in, initial impressions, and initial start up.Start up day January 25th.The item arrived in good condition and all the parts were present and appear to be unused.The burner is fairly sturdy but keep in mind that this is stamped out sheet metal that has been colored using an etching method. As such it is fairly lightweight.The supplied cord is up to current standards (plugs and wire thickness).My use is for Bakhoor, I have a candle burner but find myself going through a lot of candles, several times I have left the room while the candle was lit (I simply forgot about it) which is not optimal.I like the look of this burner, it has an indicator light on the front to indicate that it is in operation and this light will turn off when the timer on the remote switch has expired.One feature I particularly like is the adjustable temperature, this will give you more control over the level of scent in some case.I am hoping for a long service time on this burner but will update this review if problems develop.

I bought this to use in my home so i could avoid charcoal fumes. First 2 uses there was a strong burning oil smell. 3rd use, that went away. 4th use, the heating element ceased to function. During none of the uses did the heating element get hot enough to truly burn the resin. Instead, it just heated the resin to the point where it released some scent. I got similar results from a cup warmer. It was a little hotter than that, only. The thin metal sheeting it is made of has many sharp edges. i was fooled by the images and thought it would be better made. Ultimately, it was a waste of money for me. i threw it away after trying connecting and reconnecting it to the power source both at the back of the device and with the power cord. The controller list up like normal and so did the lighted switch, but no heat at all coming to the heating plate. Obviously defective. Do not recommend. I will not buy any other products from this company.

This Incense burner is very beautiful and works great. I love the secret compartment draw and heating options.

Mine came very poorly made. The drawer is stuck, and bent, and I cannot open it. All pieces are just kinda hanging on for dear life. Terrible odor the 1st time you turn it on. But so far it heats up enough to burn my bakhoor, and there aren't any sparks coming from it, yet. So I suppose it will suffice. Disappointed in the cost considering it's a cheaply made burner.UPDATE Attar Mist reached out unprompted and offered to send a replacement burner. The new one arrived today, and is in much better condition than the 1st. I was very impressed with their customer service and quick response time. I would now absolutely recommend this burner. The 2nd one works perfectly! Thank you for such amazing service Attar Mist!9 MONTH UPDATE: Heating element stopped working. I still love this burner. Maybe it's my fault cause I use it a LOT.

I love this electric incense burner. I got it in January 2022. I use it at least once a week. I worked perfectly and last week it just stopped. I just want the product replaced.

I purchased this electric burner to burn my resins without the excess smoke. Once I received the burner I set it up( in accordance with the instructions) and proceeded to burn my resins using the removable metal cup that came with the product. I even went to the extra length of lining the removable metal cup with foil for easy clean up and to preserve the life of the burner.The first use went fine, beautiful scent and minimal smoke. During the second use I heard a loud popping sound come from the machine and the switch light went out. When I went to turn the burner off, I was zapped so I unplugged the device from the wall in order to turn it off. As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed in the product and most importantly concerned so I asked my housemate, that happens to be an electrician, to take a look. When he unscrewed the top to open the burner, he noticed that one of the wires had the covering open leaving the copper wiring exposed. He surmised that the copper wiring was some how touching the metal plate that heats the burner, hence how I was zapped.I WILL be returning this product. Although it was beautiful, safety is always paramount
