It calms anxiety and nervousness while energizing (with calm focused energy) and mental clearing.I’ve dealt with brain fog, dizziness and concentration issues my whole life from health issues. This has helped me sit down and comfortably read and retain information.. even from the most dry textbooks.I also love the strength of the scent. It’s not overpowering and thankfully doesn’t trigger headaches. The front scent is citrusy, but not overpowering. It then goes to a clean peppermint scent that ends with the eucalyptus. I have found many uses for this, even use it to scent the carpets during the day. I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer.Update 02/24/21- still a great product that’s not too overwhelming. Still have plenty left. I’m getting some for my mom since she’s complimented the smell when she was over. :)

First off let's say this the size to price ration is top tier you get a lot for less which is a good thing. Another beneficial thing is the range of fragrances to look over as well as why they will help you. I anticipate getting a couple of more later on like snooze, dream, breathe as well as refresh. The strong aroma of citrus and mint occupied my room making it significantly more lovely all around. This could explain the limited effects I've experienced. While I appreciate that this blend is reasonably priced, it may be worth exploring more premium options if one desires a stronger and more noticeable impact on focus and concentration.

I love Maple Holistics oils! They are my favorites. I have tried several of the oils and have not been disappointed. Superior quality and fragrance and a nice size bottle also.I will stay with this brand!Focus ESSENTIAL OIL has Grapefruit, Bergamot, Peppermint & Eucalyptus essential oils. It’s a pleasant long lasting and uplifting fragrance.I use it often and have gifted this oil many times.

This oil smells great, seems to be a good amount for the price

I use it on my 100ml oil diffuser to help me focus on my WFH..i love the smell i just don’t like the packaging coz it was not safe! There was a leak somewhere coz when i open it the inside of the bubble wrap was wet and wasn’t full atleast its not half empty..hopefully next time it wont happen again

I'm a middle school teacher, and I use the Focus essential oil in my classroom. I love it. My students love it. I've told them that it's magic oil from the forests of Canada that helps their brains focus better. I can't wait to try other scents. Great product and a good sized bottle for the price.

I love essential oils and use them for a variety of ailments. My work requires long hours of focus, so I decided to give this blend a try. It does help. It's not placebo. I notice an almost immediate boost in my focus and concentration. When I feel drained mentally, I apply it directly to my wrists. (I know you're not supposed to do that, but it never hurt me!) It also smells wonderful, so even if you find it doesn't help with your focus, it's a great aroma for the home. Definitely recommended.
