Easy Replacement
Worked perfectly to replace my Pacific Ballast that failed after 17 years of service. This was the exact same size so replacement was very easy. It took me maybe 15 minutes to swap out the ballast and put the flourescent light put back together. I have 5 or six more of the same fixtures in my house. I will definitly order this again if I have more ballast failures.

Exact Replacement Needed For My Light Fixture!
My Laundry Room fixture went out. They didn't carry the same 2 T-8 40W light fixture I had purchaed previously. I had to purchase an entire new LED fixture at Home Depot and I didn't want to throw the old light fixture away. The Warranty on the new LED fixture does not cover all the LEDs in the 2 LED strips in the fixture, just a precentage of LEDs out before a Warranty replacement. The shipment cost for the LED fixture "Warranty Ccoverage" is out of the question and more then an new light purchase. I found this Exact Replacement Lamp Ballast for the lamp fixture I have on Amazon. It has the exact same part number as my old Ballast. So this was going to be an easy fix. I pulled out the Old Ballast and the Colored Wires connected to the parts in the lamp housing with a pair of pliers. Then inserted the same colored wires into the same wire holes from the new ballast one-by-one. I bought 2 new Phillips T-8 Bulbs ($15) at Home Depot and the light fixture is now New again. That's all that is in the light fixture - 1 Ballast ($20) and 2 Light bulbs ($15). DIY - Less expensive to repair than to purchase an entire new light fixture at $100. So I am saving my repaired light fixture as a spare for my Laundry Room when the LED Fixture goes bad.

Much cheaper than replacing the whole light
A lot of things are intimidating until you really get in there, especially involving electricity. You'll really only need a few things and about 10-15 minutes. ~Ladder ~Head lamp ~Screwdriver ~Wire cutters ~Wire nuts ~Maybe electrical tape Headlamp on, turn off the switch in question, remove the plastic cover, expose the black/white/green connectors. Mine were behind a removable panel but you may need to drop the light from the ceiling a bit to get access. The ballast comes with much longer wire than you'll need so you can trim accordingly. Hold the new ballast near the old one to get an idea where everything will need to route. Snip the red/blue wire close to the old ballast to give you enough to work with. Remove old ballast, put the new one in it's place. From here, it is really just plugging colored wires together. If you have two blue wires but only need one, snip off the extra and tape the exposed end. I topped everything off with new LED bulbs and the garage is MUCH brighter. Just getting he bugs out of the cover helped too...

Advance by Signify Centium ICN-2P32-N Ballast
It works. Please ask the packager to protect the product. Loose bags don't work for this product. The ends were bent. Again, it works. Great shipping time. Thanks.

Works as advertised
Replaced a similar ballast. Easy to install and works as advertised. A good $10-15 less than the big box hardware store.
