Liquid Health Products Complete Multiple Original, 32 Fluid Ounce

My pharmacist recommended the Spider-Man because of the combination of vitamins and minerals and it has in it. I have been taking it now for about six months and I always feel much better when I do sometimes I forget and when I do, I know I have forgot because I don’t feel as well. I have a chronic condition that this has helped improve the quality of my health, I have continued to buy it as I stay above. It makes me feel better as a value for the money. It does not taste the best, but I just don’t put down.

I bought these because of intestinal issues. I don't absorb well. Within a week I got my strength back ,and my energy was point on. My hair is very happy too.

I wanted a liquid multi vitamin because I am tired of taking 50 different pills. I am not a fan of liquid vitamins because the flavor is always too intense. I tried garden of life brand, twice. Although it seems to be a wonderful product I just couldn’t get past the the intense flavor. However this product is way milder in flavor than garden of life brand. n you only need a shot glass. I’ll keep purchasing this. Very doable.

Fully expected this to taste like s***. It doesn't. Fruity and palatable, with only a very mild "vitamin" finish on the palate. I used to be a skeptic when it came to vitamins and herbal supplements. For years I have listened to testimonials about the various benefits of vitamins and herbal remedies. Finding this many ingredients in one bottle definitely appealed to me.When I began taking Complete Multiple, I was shocked at the initial results. This was the first vitamin that actually had noticeable results. The first day I took the full dose I felt an increase in my energy levels, as well as other noticeable biological effects.I actually thought it must be loaded with caffeine or something, so I went home and began looking up the ingredients one by one, reading about their many benefits and effects. Thus began my venture into the world of herbs and supplements.This vitamin specifically had several effects on me. First, my brain felt alive, almost like the cobwebs had been cleared out,(I can now attribute this to several of the herbs in the solution) I seemed to fall asleep quicker and rest easier, and I had a stronger sex drive (Ginseng and other aphrodisiacs). My back muscles released and I felt a fantastic anti-inflammatory response throughout my body (MSM, Glucosamine and other herbs)I achieved the best results when I took this on an empty stomach with juice, and then ate a light meal about 45 minutes later.However, after using this vitamin for a while, the positive effects seemed to dissipate. I also found that while my body was responding favorably to many of the herbs, my body began reacting adversely to some of the others.After a couple of weeks I began to feel more irritable and some days I felt tired and sleepy. I feel that despite my best efforts to shake the bottle up, I was not getting a consistent dosage of the herbs, so some days I would feel the effects stronger than others.After some research I found that while this does contain many great ingredients, the dosages are typically lower than if you were to take each herb individually. I have found that I need higher dosages of the effective herbs in order to truly attain the desired results.Complete Multiple is a great option to begin your journey into the field of herbs and supplements. However, over time I have come to find more specific supplements that contain higher amounts of the effective herbs, producing much more consistent and effective results.I have since learned that naturopathic and alternative medicine are effective ways to treat illness and promote health. I have learned that every person has a different biological makeup, so what works for one person may not work for another person to treat the same issues. Patience, consistency, along with trial and error are very important.I have come to understand that while pharmaceuticals tend to work quickly eliminating most symptoms in a short time, they generally fail to fix the actual root cause of the problem, and can end up creating more problems in the the long term with unwanted side effects and other unwanted issues.I have come to learn that when we get sick, the body is trying to compensate for something else that is going wrong. Taking away the symptom does not fix the underlying cause, and if that underlying cause if left unchecked it can develop into more serious issues later down the road.I am now convinced that with patience and consistency most problems can be treated naturally. Natural methods don't work as quickly, but with consistency they can bring your body into a healthy balance and provide for the best overall health.I have found herbs to treat my poor concentration due to add, acid reflux problems, joint muscle and back pain, as well as herbs for energy increase and overall mood enhancement.Even though I no longer take Complete Multiple, I would recommend it as a good starting point, and I will always be thankful for this vitamin and what it did for me. It broke me out of my skeptical way of thinking, and started me on a journey of increased health and understanding in the world of naturopathic medicine.

A very good source of vitamins

I would like the regular kind. Not the kind that has bubbles like soda pop. It exploded all over me when I opened it. Please help?

I'm aging and highly active and want to continue being active. I'm a 69 year old, horse endurance rider. I was at a health food store to purchase vitamins and I was overwhelmed by the choices. I asked for a recommendation from one of the employees and he recommended these vitamins. This liquid has everything I need. The only thing I add is ALIVE collagen gummies with biotin. I dont like taking pills and the taste of this is not bad so I really maintain taking it daily. When I dont, I feel run down.
