Works well
I like to use this if one of the cats have a upset tummy. Mix it in there wet food and they are none the wiser. Doesn't have a smell and if it has a taste they don't mind it. Works well and helps kitty tummies

Tames the cat farts
Our cats were bottle babies and didn't get enough of the good stuff from mother's milk, so they are prone to terrible gas. This stuff works great to tame the cat farts, and that makes it worth it's weight in gold.

Worthwhile
I bought this to help two of our animals (one, a retired service dog and one, an elderly cat) with end of life issues. While it didn't extend the life of the cat it did ease many of his digestion issues and make end of life more comfortable for him. It has also taken away the horrible fungal odor from the retired service dog (which was so bad I would literally have asthma attacks every time I smelled her).My present service dog has no breath issues, digestive problems or other health issues, but I'm feeding him the probiotic anyway. [It's much easier to feed all the animals the same thing, rather than trying to play food police and the probiotic certainly doesn't hurt him.] I have noticed that his stools are softer while still being firmly formed, so that is a difference. The three cats that are left (all rescues) have MUCH better breath and their stools are easier to scoop (less offensive in their odor and firmer). Additionally, the one with pica is no longer trying to eat electronic cords, cloth, himself…All in all, I'd say the Tummy Works™ probiotic is worthwhile and I'll definitely continue its use.Simply sprinkling it over a tablespoon or so of wet food is all I've had to do to get even my most finicky eater to gobble it down, so it's easy to administer. Even daily feedings to six, now five, animals has scarcely depleted the jar, so it's been cost effective, too.

Works great
My cat had constant diarrhea (2-3 x a day) before I started him on these probiotics. Now he has normal poops and only has a runny poop or soft stool1 day a month at the most.I mixed it with dry food and I found that if I put too much my cat would not eat much of it. As it turns out, my cat did not need that much. I only used one scoop for 2 cups of dry food (shaken together in a pair of bowls). This container lasted almost two years and i still didn't use all of it but was worried about it's effective shelf life, so I just ordered another. My cat had also lost a lot of weight, you could feel all of his bones when you pet him but now is at a healthy weight. He also throws up a lot less.

Seemed to work for dog breath and flatulence - wish it were less expensive
(see edit at bottom)I bought this for a dog who is on a load of antibiotics, steroids, pain meds...and has been eating grass a lot because of it. I wanted to help calm his tummy and hopefully avoid a system crash once he's off all these meds. I can't say for certain whether it's helped him, and he's still eating grass (but it seems like maybe not as much?), but I hope to see good effects in the next few weeks as he tapers off all the meds. However, it has been AMAZING for my other dog, who has "death breath" - so bad it can make a room stinky just by her mere presence; she gets less attention because of such bad breath and is locked out of rooms because she makes mealtimes very unpleasant. She cannot help but eat gross things outside, no matter how often I clean up the yard. I've bought breath stuff and teeth stuff, but nothing has helped. I thought we'd just have to live with it. I read a suggestion to use probiotics for bad dog breath, and she's gotten this for 3 days and it has made a huge difference already. My husband, who claims he can't smell things well, has even commented on the lack of stink. My kids suddenly don't mind her being in their faces, and I don't have to lock her out of the kitchen while I prepare and eat food. Granted, there is still a little smell, but it feels much more like a normal bit of dog breath instead of "death breath."I would give it 5 stars just based on how well it works, but I knocked a star off because of the price. This feels so crazy expensive to maintain (esp. compared to what I pay for my own good probiotics), and I know we can't spend $28 every 55 days (one dog on 1 scoop per day, the other on 2 scoops). I'm going to have to research to find the same strains and limited ingredients in something more cost-effective for us. I'm SO GLAD it worked for the breath, and I'd like to keep my dogs on it. I also wonder about reducing the doses after a few weeks, by 1/2, to use less but still get the benefits. We'll see.Edit to review, 5/13: I took off another star because 1) the good-breath effects seem to have mostly gone away and 2) it seems to have made my dog-in-recovery, who was already a picky eater, refuse to eat most of his food at every meal. I cannot be sure about why the good breath didn't stay away (we did not reduce the amount she gets), and it does still seem slightly better than it was before any probiotics, but the stink is definitely back. I do think it may have helped reduce stinky-dog's bad flatulence though, which is a miracle. And I cannot be positive that these probiotics are why my recovering dog isn't eating, except to say that in spite of all he had been through and all the meds, he was actually eating well up until shortly after we started using this product on his food. He definitely noticed it on the food and tried to pick around it, so we reduced him from 2 scoops to 1, and it didn't improve his eating. Now he seems distrustful of any food we give him and isn't eating well, so we've stopped using this on his food (and he's the reason I originally got this...) I'm disappointed.

Works and the cats like the taste.
I bought this before and feel it really works great. Especially with my cat with IBS.

Catastrophic Purchase
The vet suggested probiotics for my cat who tends to have loose stool after ruling out infections. I’d been using other brands for over a year with good results, but I tried this one because it was discounted. I gave him a half scoop in his morning food and by the afternoon he had diarrhea. Everywhere.I’m embarrassed to admit I didn’t make the connection at first, because he occasionally has accidents, and probiotics aren’t a new thing for us. My vet couldn’t see him this week, and it got worse over the next three days. The poor guy was going over a dozen times a day, completely liquid, trying to get to the litter box but there was an awful lot of carpet cleaning to do.It finally dawned on me that it was this product. I don’t know if it was tainted, poisoned, or just the wrong mix of bacteria for my cat, but the fact is he was miserable, I was frantic, and after I stopped using it, he improved the next day. I had the FERA brand of probiotics we’ve used before overnighted and 24 hours later he’s back to normal.Don’t take a chance with your pet’s health. Stick to what works, and this ain’t it.
