Poor quality for a Jellycat product
This product was very poor quality compared to other toys I have bought from the Jellycat brand in the past. In the first seal I received, all the plastic beans were confined to a small area in the tail, giving it a very lopsided feeling. It was clearly not how it the item was designed to feel.Thinking this was just a fluke, I returned the first seal and ordered another one. In this new one, the beans were in the right place (the belly). However, the eyebrows were obviously sewn improperly, obscuring the eyes. This made the face look malformed and not cute like the picture.These toys are so expensive, one would expect them to be near perfect, or at least consistent in quality. I don’t know if this seller just got a hold of a bad batch, or if Jellycat manufacturing is really going downhill. Either way, I won’t be purchasing another product online from this brand.
