These are an inexpensive replacement when your pads wear out or are damaged. They stretch to easily put them on. They are a bit thin, but work well. Five pairs are a good deal at this price.

Not OEM quality, but works.
It takes a minute to get them on and they’re not exactly the same. Padding is a little more thin than OEM, but if you remove the clip, it will fit well.

For Customer Service Style headsets it is a gem.
It fit my customer service style headset perfectly. It may look like it's wiltering or something but it is forming to the shape of out ear, it won't stay flat as well it shouldn't. I'm happy with it.
