Comes with lots of benefits
The layout of the book is easy to understand and I found a lot of teachers online who use it for grammar lessons and practice. The apps that provide flash cards for the vocabulary, verb conjugations, and kanji study cost a small fee at the App Store but go with each chapter so they are fantastic for studying. Be sure to go to the publisher site online to see the materials like free videos that go with each chapter and downloadable worksheets. Excellent combination of materials.

Great Japanese Textbook
This is the 2nd textbook/workbook in the Genki series. It’s recommended to finish the Genki 1 book and matching workbook before moving onto Genki 2. The Genki series is published by the Japan Times and is a reliable source to learn Japanese. The third editions do not come with CDs but do include QR codes to download the apps. There are 4 different apps for kanji, vocabulary, listening exercises, and verb conjugations. I highly recommend getting these apps and using them along with the textbook and workbook.

Received the textbook. But did not receive the workbook. You would think they’d both be sealed together in plastic or something but that’d make too much sense lol
