Katbite Baking Paper is fantastic! It's durable, non-stick and perfect for all my baking and chocolate needs. I've used it at high temperatures without any issues and it's easy to cut to size should you need to.It's eco-friendly, which is. a big bonus. I highly recommend it for any kitchen.I bought 200 sheets - size 12 x16 inches, which fit my oven pans perfectly.

Got fed up trying cut gp paper, fighting with a roll that gets tighter toward the end. Sheets are so much easier. This size fits my oven tray but they do other sizes. Good quality, thick and strong. No need for scissors, easy to fold and tear. I find that torn in half or half again size covers most tasks. I'm being economic, e.g. a meat pie only needs a small piece, no need to cover the whole tray. Wrapping fish in gp paper stops it exploding in the microwave.

Does the job. Accurate size.

I love these. I hate having to cut the roll of paper as it's never quite the right size but these are perfect. So much easier to use, good thickness.
