Works well , looks natural. Some reviews stated they didn’t stick. I found not wearing lotion , rinsing with water and air drying. Slip under bra strap and when “sticky material “ does eventually wear off ( it will) I just use a bit of fashion tape . I like them

I'm old enough to remember the late 80's into the 90's when seemingly you couldn't buy a dress or a top of any kind that didn't have shoulder pads. Back then my shoulders were sharp so I usually removed them. But as I've aged, my shoulders have gradually, almost imperceptibly (to me) rounded. When I came across these while browsing for shoulder pads for a particular drop-shoulder blouse that I love, but that didn't seem to love me, I thought what the heck. The change was immediate, stunning, and noticed. I've started wearing them with almost every top I own that has any kind of sleeve. Unlike other commenters here, I have yet to experience a problem with adhesion. I wear them all day - work and play - and they are super comfortable. If you're like me and want to improve both the look of your posture as well as tone, I highly, highly recommend these little jewels.I now have them in both sizes and colors, and I'll be buying more!The one thing I do wish is that the manufacturer would make them in more of a matte finish. If the top you're wearing is the least bit sheer you can see the shine underneath, even though the pads themselves are not visible - especially when care is taken to place them correctly when dressing.

After constantly losing Velcro top shoulder pads when worn with smoother fabrics that they didn’t adhere well to, I had hoped that these would be an improvement. They definitely made my unfortunately sloped shoulders look a lot straighter, the only issue is the adhesion. I was getting ready to go to an event with them on and I happened to drop something on the floor and bent over to pick it up and one of the shoulder pads popped off and fell out of my dress. Thank goodness this happened at home. I tried putting it on again this time holding it down for a few more seconds but it didn’t help.I do intend to keep them, I’ll probably hot glue some Velcro on them so that they will stay in in place better.Also a note, I’m wondering how these will fare in the warmer months. They are after all a synthetic material that I don’t think breathes very well so they could become uncomfortable.For anyone who decides to try them, because they do seem to work well for some people, they come with plastic liners on them that you peel off to put the shoulder pads on. Keep the liners to put back on after you take the pads off to prevent the sticky side from attracting dust and dirt, or replace the liners with kitchen plastic wrap.

Unfortunately falls off. During my first use. Looks like a raw chicken cutlet when it hits the floor. 🙃 Sorry, it’s the truth. (I wanted it to stay put and help hold up bra strap. Nope, not for long.)

These are the most amazing shoulder pads ever!! You have a flesh and clear color choice and the adhesion so far has been great. I make sure that I don’t have any lotion on my shoulders when I put them on, and I put them back on the clear wrap when I’m done. I have worn mine several times and just love the way they make my clothes look. I am going to order another set! It’s so nice not to have to worry about them falling off or shifting.

The adherence of this product is a problem! On the second day after getting dressed and applying the shoulder pads, while fixing my hair, they kept slipping off my shoulders! Returning!

I love these! They are so easy to plop on and if you wash them every other time you use them (maybe every day in the summer), the stickiness comes back. Word of advice, do not put creams or oils around your shoulder area as this will interfere with adhesion. They really do make a difference in how my clothes fit. I do "feel" for them from time to time to make sure they're still in place and they usually are except one night as I was about to leave a restaurant I realized one was missing and it was nowhere on my body. I found it on an outside step leading into the restaurant. I was so embarrassed and so happy I had found my "jelly fish" LOL without anyone knowing it. There's a downgrade of one star in adhesion and comfort because when I lift my arms to reach for something overhead, I feel they unstick. I just pat them down once my arms are down again. Anyway, if you have rounded shoulders get these. I doubt you will regret it.
