This is about as close as I've found to a Chinese takeaway curry.Been using this paste for years, and if you add a bit of white pepper it jist increases the flavour by 100%The quality has never let me down, and the product is very consistent in flavour.Easy to use, add a couple of tablespoons to water, and stir until it's completely dissolved.
